Aujourd'hui nous avons visité la ville de Vicq Exemplet, Aurore et moi.
 
Là on trouve l'église (qui date de XIIe siècle) dans laquelle l'abbé Aymon a sculpté la plupart de l'intérieur en bois, comme à l'église de Thevet Saint-Julien.
Ici il a sculpté les portes, les lustres et beaucoup d’autres choses en bois dans les années 1960.
Selon certaine sources l'abbé Aymon a également restaurée l'ancienne fresque.

La ville est vraiment charmante avec des maisons anciennes mais bien entretenues.

Today we visited the town of Vicq Exemplet, Aurore and I.

There one find the church (dating back to the 12th Century) in wich abbé Aymon has sculpted most of the interieur parts of the wooden work, as in Thevet Saint-Julien and the church there.
Here he made the doors, the lamps and a lot more of the interieur in wood in the 1960's.
According to some sources it's also abbé Aymon who restaured the ancient fresco in the church.

The town is very charming with old houses well preserved and entertained.
